Ordering and Payment
Payment can be made directly on this website using the majority
of credit cards. The total price of the order including VAT and
delivery will be deducted from your card at the time of order. If
you wish to order or pay by another method, please contact us.
Returns
Any item ordered can be returned for a full refund, within 14 days
following receipt of the goods. You must notify us of your intention
to return the goods by email or by telephone (01773 833489) within
this time. Once you have notified us of your intention to return
the goods, they must be received by us in their original condition
and packaging within 7 days. We suggest you use a method of shipping
that requires the recipient to sign for the package as we cannot
issue refunds for goods lost in transit. Delivery costs for returned
goods will not be refunded.
Damaged goods
Any goods that are received damaged will be replaced as soon as
they have been returned to us. Due to the nature of the goods it
is likely that we will not be able to replace the damaged item with
an identical product. In this instance, we will contact you to discuss
the availability of a replacement item. If no suitable replacement
can be found, a refund will be issued for the damaged goods including
delivery charges. Time limits referred to in our returns policy
(above) also apply to goods received in a damaged state.
