Are Your Items Authentic?

Yes we only sell items that we believe to be 100% authentic. All items are obtained through dealers who we trust 100% and whos credentials have been fully checked. If we have any doubt whatsoever over an autograph we won't sell it. Whn you have been in the business for a while you realise who you can trust and who you can't.

Where do you get your items from?

Our items are obatiained from various training grounds, match days corporate events and the many Private signings that we have had access to.

Who collects the items?

All our items are collected by our own agents or through trusted reputable suppliers who’s credentials have fully been checked. We know exactly where every item that we sell has come from and are happy to inform the customer where this is.

Do the items come with a certificate of authenticity?

Even though a COA is seen as pointless by many collectors, basically because anyone can make one, all our items cdo ome with a certificate of authenticity (coa)

How do I order?

The site is fully transactional and accepts credit card payments. We also accept payment via cheque and postal orders please contact us at sales@autographworld.co.uk for more details.

Do i need a paypal account to place an order online?

No! The site is powered by payments from paypal but you do need a paypal account to pay for your goods, only an accepted credit card. When completing your purchase click on the paypal buy now icon and follow the on screen prompts.

Is there a money back guarantee if I am not happy with my item?

Yes we offer a full 14 day money back guarantee if you are not happy with the item providing it is returned to us in its original condition. We also now offer a lifetime authenticity guarantee against all or items in the unlikely event that they are deemed not authentic.

How are the items delivered?

All our items are shipped using Royal Mails Recorded or Special Delivery Services. All items will require a signatue on arrival.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary however our typical delivery time is 7-14 days.

Are you a member of any autograph organisations?

Yes we are proud members of The EPS Group and also AFTAL approved dealer No. 51. and fully abide by the ethics of both groups. Only genuine dealers are accepted into these groups whos items have been checked to ensure their authenticity.
